I have severe arthritis in both knees. . never wanted knee surgery but according to me and according to ortho Dr. I am “highly functional”… I line dance 2x weekly and walk 2 to 3 miles Saturday and Sunday on my assistant activity job in a senior facility. . I don’t live there. . I believe that this product helps me with inflammation and stiffness…. Go for it!"
